Here's what I can do. I have initiated a connection refresh on our end to update your account/s. Kindly log in to Mint again to confirm if the balance is now correct. If this fails, I will need additional information, which i listed below, to determine the next steps.
You can view the account balance in several pages of Mint. I have listed them below and it would be useful if you could specify which page is showing an incorrect balance.
- - Overview Page
- - Transactions Page
- - Accounts Overlay
I also need your help in verifying the following information to proceed with the investigation:
- - Name of the affected bank/financial institution and account/s
- - Current balance shown in the bank’s site
- - Current balance shown in Mint
- - The last date/time Mint displayed the correct balance
