I'd like to "budget" a lump sum amount to pay off my vehicle, but with money that's already in my account. Is it better to exclude that transaction from the budget?
I think my issue is fairly basic. I have some money in savings and want to pay off my car. I'd rather not categorize it as exclude from budget, because then I lose details as to how much was spent in that category. But my budget is all out of wack because I am not showing income to cover the expense. Any ideas?
