Specialized Loan Servicing - Endless Loop
I see that other have has similar problems and it appears they needed individual attention to get them resolved. Here's what happens with my account: First, I get asked to answer a security question, which I do, correctly, then it tells me I can't find my account. In the meantime, I get an email from SLS telling me that there's been access from an unknown computer. Then I try again, get a different security question, and exact same thing happens.
This cycles through ALL FIVE security questions, and then we're back to the first one. This has been going on for over a week.
