I have checked your account and saw that there was an error The most common reason for failure is that Mint is unable to find your account/s as active or valid on the summary page of your bank's website. Note that Mint considers an account as active when there is an existing balance or there are transactions in the past 12 months. If you are supposed to have active accounts and you see none when you log in directly to your bank's website, I'll have to refer you to contact Transamerica Retirement (formerly Diversified) to clarify.
