All my accounts sync except Aspiration and CapitalOne Credit Card. Judging from online responses from Mint, seems like CapitalOne does not sync. What to do?

I have tried everything (from all the ideas from message boards and Mint's answers and the like  - e.g., trying to get access codes, asking the other side for help, making new passwords, etc.). No matter what, I cannot get my CapitalOne Credit Card (which is crucial to me using this service) nor my Aspiration checking to sync. Help! Thanks.

I am having the same problem, my Aspiration account has been fine until 3 days ago and then it stopped updating.  Nothing has changed on Aspiration as far as log in procedure but Mint can't find out why it won't work.  That was my main bank account so I guess I will have to find another service to track all this and pay bills.  That's too bad because I did like Mint.

  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
