Why isn't my Capital One Quicksilver account updating transactions?
My Capital One Quicksilver Visa credit card account was added to my Mint account and tracking all transactions perfectly until Mar 29. After that, it stopped downloading transactions.
When I first log in to Mint.com, the account tells me the login details are incorrect. When I input the correct login details, the sync claims it is successful but none of my transactions are actually downloaded. I have tried manually syncing the account, I have tried changing my password at Capital One and then updating it in Mint. Nothing has worked to solve the problem.
When I use the Go To Website option from Mint's account settings (https://verified.capitalone.com/sic-ui/#/esignin?Product=Card) I can log in just fine using my credentials.
I have also tried to use the email option to contact Mint about this issue twice now and I have yet to receive a response.
What else can I try?
