Instructions on closing an account (replaced Citi credit card with new one) don't work. Settings -> Accounts -> Citi -> no status box, no option to mark as closed. Help?
I'm using Chrome on a Mac Powerbook.
I read "go into 'Accounts', find the old account, expand to show all the details, then change the status from 'Active' to 'Closed' - but I don't see any option to change a status from Active to Closed.
