I cannot link my navy federal credit union accounts to my mint account, I have changed name and password and tried it on multiple devices what do I do?

I have tried with the phone app, the phone chrome browser, work internet explorer, home chrome, firefox, and Microsoft edge.  I have had the same results it says my account information is wrong.  I have changed my username and password, deleted the account and tried to re-add it to mint.  it gives the green circle for secure connection saying that step is good then it times out on the pc and gives error on the phone of wrong information.  on the phone if I click on forgot password it takes me to the navy fed website within the app and then I can log into website from there however it still doesn't pull the information and says there is a problem linking the account.

It's okay to link to other resources for more details, but avoid giving answers that contain little more than a link.
  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
