Mobile app doesn't let me login using email address. It says to use my user ID. But, when I use the user ID, it says incorrect email/password. No problems with web login.
Mobile application request email and password for login. I enter in the email address and password. Application returns with a prompt to use the user ID jg***** instead. So, I use the user ID. The application returns with incorrect email/password.
I can log in through the web without any issues. I reset my password and it didnt help.
It looks like other users had this problem, but i dont see a solution. My Mint account was created from my TurboTax. I'm thinking that's the cause for all of this.
