RBC Royal Bank Canada: no updates since August 15. All other accounts update properly. Have tried resetting passwords etc.
Today I noticed that RBC is not updating in Mint.com. The last update was August 15 - 2 days ago. All other accounts, at other FI, are updating properly. Incidentally, I am not able to download transactions to Quicken 2017 Mac from RBC either.
I am able to log into RBC online banking without a problem. On Quicken, I tried the unlink and link and still get the Error (175) Communication with server error (though other FI update properly).
On Mint.com I am told the accounts are up to date, but the RBC is not updated.
Searching the database, it appears this problem happens somewhat regularly, yet there is not specific action one can take except to post of the problem again.
