Since Feb 1st, transactions from our BMO credit card are not showing up on Mint. And when they do show up, they are duplicates. Is this being investigated/worked on?

We tried hiding/unhiding our cards (my husband and I share a mutual credit card account, but we have two cards), it still doesn't add up. Everything is messed up, even transactions from previous months are not categorized like they were before Feb. 1st. Is this a known issue with BMO at the moment? Will this be fixed? We can't use Mint like this. Thanks.

  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
