Can't delete my account. Stuck in continual verification loop.

On attempting to use the delete account link, I am provided a verification link. I provided the correct email and password, was sent a verification code which I input, then I was returned to the account page presented with the choice to delete my account through the same link. This process repeats without deleting the account. 

Yes. Cache has been cleared. And I tried multiple browsers. This isn't the first time that I have had this issue. I have multiple accounts with Intuit now, since none of the suggested resolutions ever worked. 


I have the same problem. I cannot delete mint account due to error "Hmm. That didn't work.", in a loop. I too have used multiple browsers. Nothing will permit it. Will try and call support.

  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
