my spectrum accounts worked just fine until a couple of months ago. both now incorrectly state "There’s a message on their website that needs your attention"
they worked fine until a couple of months ago and both are now stuck on the
"There’s a message on their website that needs your attention before we can connect. Take a minute to see what it is; we'll be here when you get back." error. there is not message. i've deleted and re added the accounts multiple times and it won't re-connect. help!
update 1/16/19: posted this two months ago and still have the same issue with no explanation. great to see Mint has gone full Intuit and stopped caring about customer support.
