Capital One 360 Accounts Not Updating

I bank with Capital One 360. It has been 1 month since it has updated. The error simply says, "Please try again later." 

My credit card transactions with Capital One do not have a problem posting. However, the actual bank account hasn't updated, and indicates I have more money than I really do =(

Furthermore, I can't find Mint's email address to inform them of this issue. As a result, I am posting it here!

Same here, not just Capital One, but all my accounts.  Support is practically nonexistent. Mint personnel only want you to verify you are using the right credentials.  I’ve been fighting this for 2 months.  Time to close my account.

  4. Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
