How do I clear the generic "uh oh, something is wrong" error?
After answering a two factor authentication question for my USAA checking account, I get a generic "Uh-oh. Something went wrong. Refreshing may solve the issue." message and I can no longer access any part of my account. I tried signing out and logging in again multiple times, also in incognito mode, and the same thing happens. I can't see my overview, go to my settings, or do anything except sign out. My account is now completely unusable. How do I get the mint.com support team to address this?
