I had to delete a couple accounts and then re-add them because entering in my login information multiple times never resolved the issue (even though it was the correct login information). Now, I've lost history for tracking net worth data/progress.

How come Mint loses the connection to my accounts every so often to begin with? Why doesn't entering my login information (that hasn't changed) resolve the issue? I wait a couple days sometimes but it doesn't seem to correct itself. Deleting and re-adding the account(s) solves the issue but then I lose my history and that is frustrating. Can you back-load data? It's irritating that something on Mint's end causes the issue and then when I fix it, I am the one who suffers. This has happened multiple times so my data is all disjointed, despite being a Mint user for a few years.

I too have been frustrated no end with this. For over a month now my US Bank account has not been syncing with Mint. I have submitted a trouble ticket and provided all the info Mint has requested. They have not been able to fix this for me. If I can't get it resolved soon I'm going to have to give up using Mint even though I have really liked it for many years.

  5. Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.
