Citi's "Government Travel Card" is known by Mint but the authentication fails
If I go to add an account and attempt to add by URL https://home.cards.citidirect.com/ , Mint recognizes it and starts to add the account, but then after I enter my login information I get the following error:
"Your bank uses an authentication method that prevents Mint from adding your account. Please visit CitiDirect Card and resolve the issue."
We think this is because the Citi site requires an answer to a secret question on every login. There is of course no way to go to the site and resolve the issue.
I thought that Mint had a way to let you provide secret questions/answers for this kind of thing. Is there any way this can be addressed? It's not the case of waiting for a bank being added to Mint, since Mint already knows about this one.
Note that this card is given to military members and civilian federal employees, meaning it affects a LOT of people. (Presumably other businesses use it too, though I'm not sure who.)
