Why does my ACS Student loan account say 'bank needs your attention. Go to their website and update your account info.' without any messages on the site?

Mint says my acs loan account "bank needs your attention. Go to their website and update your account info." for the past 6 months. I have logged in multiple times with no pending messages, I have reset the password multiple times and still the issue isnt fixed.
