Trouble with AMEX Connecting
For two days not, I have been getting an error message from Mint about my AMEX account, saying that the account cannot be found. The error message implies that some change has been made to the account, but that is not the case. The credential I use are the same, and I am able too connect just fine to Amex through the web and my AMEX app. I submitted a help request through Mint, and the person that responded was not helpful at all and doesn't seem to have a clue what to do, and since the initial contact has been unresponsive. I have contacted AMEX, and they referred me back to Mint. Unable to get help from anyone, I tried an experiment and added the card again. It warned me this was a duplicate card, but I added it anyway (as I am not prepared to delete my account, as I have gone to a lot of effort to make sure my categories and splits are all correct, and if I delete the account, I expect to lose all that.) When I accepted this was a duplicate card and added it, it began syncing. In the end, it gave me an error that it was experiencing temporary connectivity issues. That has been the case for the last 12 hours. Anyone else struggling with AMEX connections/accounts? ANYONE AT MINT LISTENING AND INTERESTED IN HELPING???
