USAA investment account transactions no longer showing up in Mint
USAA recently (Aug 11, 2014) made an update to their site which has since prevented Mint from downloading investment transactions. Evidently Quicken customers experienced a similar outage in their
service but were able workaround it by performing a "Direct Connect" for
their USAA account, whatever that is.
None. I had already escalated this issue before posting this question. Supposedly an 'engineer' was going to follow up with me but my emails were never responded to after the support tech escalated it.
I am still hoping for some kind of informed response with regards to USAA investment accounts.

To recap:
On Aug 11, 2014 USAA switched over investment account services to a 3rd party (National Financial Services). Internally, USAA assigned new account numbers to these accounts and has split records of transaction history before and after Aug 11 2014.
Mint and Quicken customers have had service interruptions since this time. Quicken customers have had to change from Direct Connect to Web Connect or vice versa to regain connectivity.
On Sept 28, 2014 USAA implemented a fix that seems to have restored Direct Connect (Open Financial Exchange) for Quicken customers. Meanwhile Mint users are still unable to access investment account activity since Aug 11.
The Mint interface does not show any connectivity warning icons for these accounts. Indeed, the accounts show the correct current balance. However there are no transactions listed after Aug 11. It's as if Mint is still trying to access the old USAA account number and has not detected the new account that USAA has assigned for post-Aug 11 transactions.

People come to Mint for help and answers—we want to let them know that we're here to listen and share our knowledge. We do that with the style and format of our responses. Here are five guidelines:
Keep it conversational. When answering questions, write like you speak. Imagine you're explaining something to a trusted friend, using simple, everyday language. Avoid jargon and technical terms when possible. When no other word will do, explain technical terms in plain English.
Be clear and state the answer right up front. Ask yourself what specific information the person really needs and then provide it. Stick to the topic and avoid unnecessary details. Break information down into a numbered or bulleted list and highlight the most important details in bold.
Be concise. Aim for no more than two short sentences in a paragraph, and try to keep paragraphs to two lines. A wall of text can look intimidating and many won't read it, so break it up. It's okay to link to other resources for more details, but avoid giving answers that contain little more than a link.
Be a good listener. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible outcome.
Be encouraging and positive. Look for ways to eliminate uncertainty by anticipating people's concerns. Make it apparent that we really like helping them achieve positive outcomes.

I'm having the same issue - no transaction history since Aug/NSF switch over, but the balances are correct. Is there a work-around??
