southpoint bank not updating

And why the heck do we have to sign in twice to ask a question ?

And to make things worse, if they answer, they tell you to send an email.

The entire support is a crock.

I did an internal refresh of your Southpoint account, please see if this has pulled in transactions for you. If not, you will need to report through Contact Mint https://www.mint.com/help/#more-help so that a Mint developer can take a look at your account script.
