Status of credit card changed to Closed. Why?
I recently received a new Capital One card. Mint now sees it (I already had two other Capital One cards) but it has made two new entries for it. One is correct but the other is saying "We've updated the status of this account to Closed because we haven't been able to connect to it for the last 90 days."
This makes no sense since I've only had this card for less than a week and it's newly added. Can I get this entry removed?
